We recognize that our students are all unique and learn, grow, and flourish in different ways – there is no ‘one way’ to success!
All our pathways meet Oregon Diploma requirements AND prepare students for college, career, and their future. Additionally, all pathways are aligned to college classes, and students may take CGCC courses when they are eligible.
Program Pathways:
Innovations Academy offers multiple, flexible pathways designed to support each student's journey toward graduation. We empower every student to build a personalized path, earning credits across different options throughout the school year. Our dedicated team is here to partner with your student to ensure their success.
Innovations Academy In-Person – Our safe and welcoming in-person program works with students in grades 9th–12th. We offer intentionally smaller class sizes and personalized, one-on-one support from caring teachers and staff. We prioritize strong relationships and flexible scheduling to meet students where they are—academically, socially, and emotionally—as we collaboratively build a path toward graduation.
Innovations Virtual – This is a comprehensive, fully online option available from Kindergarten through High School Graduation. All curriculum is accessible through the Imagine Edgenuity platform. Lessons are self-guided and designed for choice, allowing students to move through content at a pace that works best for them. To ensure ongoing support, students have daily access to live-streaming sessions with content specialists and our student services team, fostering academic confidence and success.
Hybrid – Students in our flexible hybrid 9th–12th grade program have the opportunity to learn from home with our online curriculum for half the day. The other half of their day takes place at our in-person main campus, building community with peers and staff. This schedule respects the diverse needs of our students and is often beneficial for those with jobs or responsibilities like child or elderly care for their families. Students are welcome to use bus transportation to or from their in-person classes, pending availability from the Transportation Department.
Credit Recovery – For students who are working to regain momentum toward graduation, we offer supportive High School credit recovery courses through our online program. Students focused on accelerating their path can enroll in our fully online program or our in-person Learning Lab. Our Learning Lab provides one-on-one teacher access for students who thrive with self-paced online coursework combined with opportunities for peer engagement and collaboration.
Work Co-Op Program – In collaboration with Career Related Learning goals, students are able to use their real life work experience to earn elective credits towards graduation.
College & Dual Credit Programs – This pathway is designed to align with A.A.S. programs and community college certificates, empowering students to develop valuable skills in a trade or career that aligns with their personal choices and aspirations.
