The Dalles, Ore., April 22, 2024 – You get a lot of comments when you’re parked along the side of a small town road, waiting for the distance team. Most folks offer to help, assuming that I’ve broken down and my hazards don’t work, or complaining about the younger runners who crossed over the white line. Destruction of Special Education Records

North Wasco County School District wants to inform parents/guardians and former Special Education students that on July 1, 2024, the district will destroy the records of students who have reached the age of 21 and ended/exited Special Education Services between 1980-2017. Special education services end when the student is no longer eligible for services, graduates, or completes his/her educational program at age 21, or moves from the district.
