About ParentSquare
ParentSquare is a unified communication platform that offers a whole host of tools that allows our district, schools administrators, and teachers to more effectively communicate and engage with our families and students.
This includes:
- Sending and receiving school and class information
- Sharing pictures and files
- Seeing calendar items
- Signing up to volunteer
- Scheduling parent-teacher conferences
- all in one place!
How Accounts Are Created
You do not need to "request" an account. Accounts are automatically generated for all custodial parents and guardians using the contact information provided during school registration.
New and Incoming Families: Accounts for the upcoming school year are processed and activated during the month of August.
Getting Started We encourage all parents to log in to their accounts to:
- Download the ParentSquare mobile app.
- Update notification preferences (choose how and when you want to be reached).

If you do not have an account and believe you should, please contact your child’s school office. Important Note: Account access is strictly limited to those listed with appropriate permissions in our Student Information System.
What is StudentSquare?
StudentSquare is the student version of ParentSquare that is available for our High School students. This allows them to connect with teachers, coaches, and group leaders, as well as receive important class or school updates.
