1. Choose “register”.
2. Enter your date of birth.
3. Fill in data. Do not forget your password!
4. Log into mymealtime
5. You will be prompted to “add student”.
6. Choose state and school.
7. For student number – use customer ID number given
to you for MyMealTime account.
8. Enter your first name.
9. You can now fund your MealTime account and not
worry about carrying cash for lunch in the cafeteria.

The letter must contain the complainant's name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
