Materials Requests
Public Records Requests:
A public records request shall be submitted in writing through the district office at 3632 West 10th Street, The Dalles, Oregon 97058 to Superintendent, Dr. Carolyn Bernal or Executive Assistant, Renate Clark. Board policy KBA, KBA-AR.
Materials Distribution:
Please complete the Materials Distribution Request linked below. Requests by individuals or groups to distribute pamphlets, booklets, flyers, brochures and other similar materials to students for classroom use or to take home must be submitted to the superintendent a minimum of two business days before the proposed distribution.
All materials must be provided in both English and Spanish. NWCSD is not responsible for providing outside materials translation.
