Destruction of Special Education Records North Wasco County School District wants to inform parents/guardians and former Special Education students that on July 1, 2024, the district will destroy the records of students who have reached the age of 21 and ended/exited Special Education Services between 1980-2017. Special education services end when the student is no longer eligible for services, graduates, or completes his/her educational program at age 21, or moves from the district.
