2-Hour Delay

North Wasco County Schools will be operating on a 2-hour delay, Thursday, February 15th.

We will notify families of any weather related school changes as soon as possible.

Notice: Destruction of Special Education Records

North Wasco County School District wants to inform parents/guardians and former Special Education students that on October 1, 2023, the district will destroy the records of students who have reached the age of 21 and ended/exited Special Education Services between 1980-2017. Special education services end when the student is no longer eligible for services, graduates, or completes his/her educational program at age 21, or moves from the district.

Group Considers Proposing a Bond for a New High School In The Dalles - The What, Where, Why and How Much?

Community Advisory members and the North Wasco County School District met for the fourth time on Wednesday, Dec. 14 to consider building a new high school to replace the current 1940s facility.

OSAA Ruling and Riverhawk Basketball

In response to OSAA’s recent decision to forfeit Riverhawk basketball games, the Tri-Valley Conference Rules Committee has thoroughly reviewed the situation. The committee has voted unanimously to reinstate the players in question and they will continue to play for Riverhawk Basketball.
