North Wasco County School District launched our High School Facilities Planning Committee starting on March 8th. The purpose of the committee is to create and recommend a concept plan for the new high school to the North Wasco County School Board.Committee meetings are being held at The Fairfield Inn conference room (2014 West 7th Street - The Dalles) from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, March 8th, Wednesday, March 21st, Thursday, April 12th and Thursday, May 3rd, 2018.In 2017, the NWC School Board along with District staff and community members participated in a process that created a vision of how North Wasco County School District will serve our students and community in the near and distant future. Starting out with a thoughtful plan in place makes sequential decisions along the way support the overall Vision, Goals and Objectives.
