  •  To Participate in Athletics at TDHS:
    1.  Students interested in participating in athletics must have a current physical on file with the athletics office by the start of their first practice every season.  Click here to download and print the Pre-Participation Examination Form.
    2.  All other required forms are electronically saved through FamilyID.  Click here to register for sports using FamilyID.
     
    All athletes are required to have medical insurance in order to participate in sports.  If you currently don't have medical insurance, please contact Alyson at 541.506.3449 x2004 to discuss options.

    The Dalles High School works with other school districts within the Intermountain Conference area to schedule sports games and matches through OSAA.  Click on the link above for conference and statewide scheduling information, rankings, rosters, and scheduling updates.
