Chromebook Troubleshooting Tips

  • Many Chromebook issues are resolved by restarting the device.

     Restart the Chromebook 

    1. Sign out of your account, lower right bottom of the screen (the Shelf).
    2. Then look for the power symbol power along the bottom left of the shelf to shutdown.
    3. Turn the Chromebook back on - Hold down the power button on the keyboard.

    Chromebook Help/Support

    1. Go to a  teacher for first troubleshooting efforts.
    2. If the problem persists, go to the school main office.
    3. ONLY Staff members put in a HELPDESK request.
    4. All CB's waiting for repair are stored securely through the office.
    5. Loaner CB's (if deemed needed) are checked out through the library. (Note/Permission slip is required from staff.)
